Due to the custom-made and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom apparel once an order has been placed into production.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Personalized apparel

Team merchandise

Special-order items

Items ordered in an incorrect size or color

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. We strongly encourage reviewing the available sizing chart before purchasing.

Dynamic Diamondz is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Size-related returns or exchanges will not be accepted for custom merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds
